The Institute's core staff provides leadership, guidance and technical assistance to Kentucky's employers. They conduct workplace-based research on issues salient to Kentucky's business leaders. They will work with employers and other researchers in developing and disseminating relevant, research-based information about the changing workforce and its implications for individuals, businesses, organizations and families.
