Putnam wears and eats many hats in the iwin office. He encourages a culture of well-being by promoting walks, laughs and water breaks. He helps offset heating costs by warming our feet and our seats while we're away from our desk, but most of all, he embodies the flexible workplace culture that the iwin staff endorses. Putnam's presence in the office lightens his owner's care-giving responsibilities, while lifting the moods of his co-workers.
