The Institute for Workplace Innovation (iWin) engages organizations in the development of innovative work environments that align workplace practices, policies and cultures with the responsibilities, aspirations and needs of employees. For instance, quality work environments are where senior leadership values the need to teach supervisors the skills necessary to get the job done, to motivate employees to excel at work, and to be creative problem-solvers.
