The Innovative Employer Roundtable
is a select group of Kentucky employers committed to workplace strategies that simultaneously benefit employers and employees.

The mission of the Innovative Employer Roundtable is to inform and shape employer and public solutions to the challenges posed by shifting demographics, the changing workforce and the global economy.

The Roundtable provides partners with the most current information to make strategic decisions that enhance employee engagement, recruitment, and retention. Collectively, Roundtable partners learn, share, and create knowledge about innovative workplace practices to improve Kentucky's ability to develop and attract "employers of choice", with the ultimate goal of Kentucky becoming a "state of choice."
