description:
Your employees’ 401Ks are now less than 201Ks, and plans for short-term retirement are now long-term at best. How do you get long-term employees re-engaged and re-energized about their careers and their work? How can you keep employees from becoming RIP (Retired In Place) employees? Join this session, led by management expert and business author Cathy Fyock, CSP SPHR, as she discusses specific organizational responses for not just keeping long-term employees, but keeping them vital and productive members of your workforce. In this session we will explore issues such as establishing shared performance expectations, career planning options, sabbaticals, flexible work options, and job redesign as tools that any employer can utilize to sustain a high performance culture.

Webinars are limited to 125 participants. Register now to secure your space.
