iWin’s current research on older workers is conducted in collaboration with the Center on Aging & Work/Workplace Flexibility at Boston College. The Workplace Culture and Flexible Work Arrangements Study, funded by the Center on Aging & Work/Workplace Flexibility, documents relationships between workplace culture and the employment experiences of older workers.
